Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, product availability confirmation, and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. If you do not see the confirmation email shortly after ordering, please check your spam folder.

On account of high product demand, some items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. If that is the case, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the amount paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

All orders are reviewed by our payments team and can be canceled by us at any time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be rejected and/or canceled.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with its tracking information. All delivery time estimates should serve as guidelines only and may be delayed.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), which means the customer is responsible for paying the local country’s import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
